Software company Tracktion presents Wavesequencer Hyperion, a new digital sound generator inspired by the music of the eighties. The inspiration for the new project was the sound generators of great musicians such as Vangelis, Jean-Michel Jarre and Brian Eno. And it really has it all. Because inside is an absolutely universal modular synthesizer a la Native Instruments Reaktor or Cycling 74 Max MSP. You can very easily and intuitively connect the individual components of the sound generator using virtual patch cables. And this means endless possibilities for sound creation. With Hyperion, Tracktion in collaboration with Wavesequencer sends a very interesting multi-layered synthesizer with modular synthesis into the race. And not with a graphically complex GUI, which we are used to, for example, from Voltage Modular or Softube Modular. Here you can not connect known and ready-made modules with each other. The new sound generator works with "simple" and labeled components.
