Het verhaal speelt zich 13 jaar na het eerste deel af. Kapitein Nascimento wordt
geconfronteerd met nieuwe vijanden: de milities, corrupte politieagenten die zich opdringen

The story takes place 13 years after the first part off. Captain Nascimento is facing new
enemies: the militias, corrupt cops that are necessary for the people of the slums. When he
comes into contact with the 'system' that Rio de Janeiro, he checks out that the problem is
much bigger than he thought. But that's not all. He must deal with the challenge of a city
dominated by crime, combined with the constant concern about an adolescent son. When his
personal and professional world collide the result is explosive.
