A group of girls staying at a sorority house clash with the house's owner, who wants them out. They decide to play a prank on her, but it goes awry and she winds up dead. Panicking, the girls try to hide the body, but someone (or something) witnessed the crime and begins to stalk them.

L'austera Mrs. Slater ha trasformato la sua villa in un dormitorio per studentesse, che devono sottostare alle sue rigide regole. Quando la donna nega alle ragazze il permesso di organizzare una festa, le sette "sorelle" decidono a tirarle un brutto scherzo, ma lo scherzo sfugge al loro controllo tanto che Mrs. Slater muore accidentalmente.
