Backwards Compatibility

This repack is heavily backwards compatible with my initial repack.

Installer, setup-fitgirl-03.bin & setup-fitgirl-08.bin has been changed and setup-fitgirl-optional-sound-fix.bin was removed.

Rehash the new torrent with an old one to save traffic.
