Three nations at war. You are the prince of one of these nations.
The balance of power is tilted when one of the nations introduces
monsters into their forces... Your defeat is only temporary of course.

■ストーリー紹介

ここパドメキア大陸は3つの国に分かれていた。
北のダレオ王が支配するデスキア帝国は軍事国家である。
南にあるのが心優しき王子ハンス王子が統治するラムーン国。
西では空上戦を得意とするサーガス王のサラマンド国があった。
古来よりデスキアとラムーンとサラマンドは、お互いに牽制しながらも、
軍事力に劣らず、敵対関係が続いていたのである。

だがデスキア帝国のダレオ王は魔物を従える力を身に付け、人間と魔物の共同軍を結成。
これにより、圧倒的な力を得て、南へ侵略を開始しラムーン国を攻めたのである。
ハンス王子率いる抵抗軍は、ほぼ壊滅状態となり、先陣から退く事になる。
ハンスとその一向は拠城となるバサラ城を捨て、南へ逃亡した。[/spoiler]
