Saints Row IV "Game of the Year" release – has a few different names depending on the region and platform (National Treasure Edition, Game of the Century Edition, or Les Bijoux de la Famille.) The DLC automatically activates in the game once you have successfully completed the story mission named The Real World/The Escape where you first exit the Simulation. (Around 1-2 hours into the game.)

The "How The Saints Save Christmas" mission DLC becomes available a little later, after you unlock the Telekinesis power.
