Ripper's note:

The annoying flikering on the source video has been completely removed using DDR special designed filter.
Audio hiss cleaned and whistling sound throughout has been reduce nearly to inaudible level.
You will notice that firsrt 1min51s has no audio, this is because on the source there is only an ugly background noise that I have damp completely to -60 dB.

The sound track now is decent: Check the two samples on sendspace for comparison on the audio cleaning work done.
This time I used my favorite Waves Inc filters in latest Adobe Audition instead of usual wavelab 7.
