De Britse ex-SAS agent Andy Marlow (Robert Fucilla) werkt undercover als huurling in een observatiepost in de Balkan, nadat een militaire staatsgreep is gepleegd waarbij de Servische minister-president en zijn familie zijn vermoord. De coup wordt geleid door Olodan Cracovic (Antony Byrne), een ex-commando van het Kroatische leger, die ondergedoken is nadat de Balkanoorlog eindigde. Wanneer Olodans leger de Amerikaanse ambassadeur gijzelt, besluit de Amerikaanse overheid Andy en twee andere huurlingen op een bevrijdingsmissie te sturen.
