Plot

Madhav Bhatt is a senior officer in a bank and is in search of a well to do son -
law working in a high position and owning a bungalow and car.However, his carefree
daughter has already found a companion in the form of Baban, an auto rickshaw
driver. When Madhav comes to know about this relationship he hates Baban, but his
wife Seema offers the same love and affection to Baban that she showers upon her
beloved daughter.When baban lands into trouble, Madhav Bhatt rescues him at the
request of his wife Seema. Baban is under obligation, but when he learns about
unfaithful attitude of Madhav Bhatt he tries to provoke his would be mother-in-law
against her husband. But, Madhav manages to come out of this trouble and shows his
supremacy over Baban.
