- This release brings a fix for a bug introduced in last version. Newly included very fine optimization for limits caused problems with some servers. In such case the limited traffic speed was much lower than the limit. We disabled these optimizations in version 4.0.30, but we will return to them in near future.

- Much (unnessarily) lower limited traffic with some connections.
