Anna is the favourite to win and so she is opting for a Victoria sponge to wow series judge Nichola Reith, who is all about the taste, and today’s local judge Fraser Gow who heads up a local baking dynasty. He is all about making everything from scratch. Once all the workmates’ creations are revealed, tasted, judged and scored, just who will have the bragging rights to use at will around the surgery?
