She pretended not to notice and took another bite of her salad.
“I’ve been great. I’m still with Ben.”
Roger frowned. “That’s too bad.”
“I’ll be sure to tell him you said that.”
“You do that.” His eyes hadn’t moved from her chest. The blouse she was wearing didn’t exactly show a huge amount of cleavage, just a hint of it, but in her state, Alyssa liked the attention.
“You can stop staring at my boobs.” She tried to partially cover herself by holding her fork in front of her.
“I’m staring at your chest.” He took a sip of his drink.
“Same thing.”
“No. Boobs would imply I could see them. They’re covered by your shirt and bra.”
“Blouse.”
Roger continued to stare. Alyssa liked this change in flirty tone. “Call it what you want. You should show off your cleavage more.”
