Instructions:

1. Disconnect from internet
2. Unpack and install, don't start dvdfab
3. Copy ldrDVDFab_x64_10076.exe to installation directory
4. Rename ldrDVDFab_x64_10076.exe to ldrDVDFab
5. Start dvdfab from ldrDVDFab
6. Done.
