David Bowie e Stevie Ray Vaughan - Dallas moonlight [TNTVillage.scambioetico.org]

L'esibizione di SRV del 1982 al Montreux Jazz Festival suscitò un grande interesse in David Bowie che decise di ingaggiarlo per la registrazione del disco "Let's Dance" e per il seguente tour "Serious moonlight".
Dalle registrazioni effettuate durante le prove generali a Dallas sono stati tratti numerosi bootleg, o meglio un solo bootleg pubblicato con numerosi titoli; purtroppo a pochi giorni dall'inizio del tour SRV decise di abbandonare la band: c'è che dice poiché poco appagato da quel genere di musica, altri dicono si trattasse di questioni economiche, fatto sta che SRV se ne tornò in Texas dai Double Trouble.
A noi resta questo splendido ROiO registrato direttamente dalla soundboard e di qualità impeccabile.
