La sexy e letale mezza vampira Rayne parte dalla Transilvania per raggiungere... il vecchio west! Il paesino di frontiera Deliverance, in Montana, è infatti vessato da un gruppo di spregiudicati vampiri, guidati niente meno che da Billy the Kid. I vampiri stanno massacrando gli inermi e innocenti abitanti e Rayne è decisa a mettere fine al giogo di terrore. Per farlo dovrà allearsi con dei mortali, tra cui un prete disonesto e Pat Garret. Secondo episodio ispirato al fortunato videogioco d'azione Bloodrayne.
