Update v20191127:
-added Auto Save (saves every 3 min, accessible through in-game options menu)
-fixed water pipes junctions not connecting on reload
-fixed train occupancy problem

-mode with taxes is now designated as challenge mode
-changed taxes so that they can never exceed revenue (this is intended to lessen the harshness of revenue downgrade shocks)
-fixed dragging issue with mine cart uplevel ramp
-fixed width of transfer tube detectors on mine cart ramp
-fixed oil derricks not outputting to containers from back port on reload
-fixed oil derricks being able to be built overlapping one another
-adjusted positions of sale indicators which were getting cut off on certain resolutions
