-SVT-PSY seems to have done some blurring during motion that couldn't be avoided.
-Audio is 100% 256 kbps.
-Source cropped to x818 due to Netflix logo in the beginning.
-Tonemapped using mobius algorithm with settings adjusted to match saturation levels seen on native HDR. (as much as possible)
-There's a "higher quality" source available (8 Mbps Dolby Vision HEVC) which has an artifacting problem, particularly in keyframes, which is why the 4 Mbps sources were used.
